Generation Z - our report

GenZ Report

Let us introduce to our report about Generation Z which describes the way young people tick as workers and consumers and explains why companies should address the topic of intergenerational collaboration.

Generation Z, also known as iGen or Centennials, is the demographic cohort that follows the Millennials. They are born between 1995 and 2009.

Generation Z is an important target market for businesses. This generation has spending power, and they're not afraid to use it. In fact, a recent study found that 61% of Gen Zers are willing to spend more on a purchase if it supports a cause they care about. What's more, this generation is quickly gaining ground in the workforce. According to a recent study by the Pew Research Center, 32% of Gen Zers are already employed, and another 15% are looking for work. And by 2030, Gen Z is projected to make up more than 20% of the workforce.
